Fenris Roleplay launched
Fenris Roleplay opened on 18 September 2019. It marked the beginning of Rotto's experience in server operations and community leadership.

2019 → 2020 → 2026
This is not a reopening story. It is where seven years of FiveM experience, years of community memory, and two years of AI research meet in one city.

Fenris Roleplay opened on 18 September 2019. It marked the beginning of Rotto's experience in server operations and community leadership.

Oasis met its players in March 2020. Fenris and Oasis lived side by side for years, always placing community, quality, and original systems first.

An October 2021 archive recorded more than 11,000 players. During the early OneSync Infinity era, Oasis reached 150 concurrent players.

Rotto devoted the last two years to LLMs, AI, and next-generation FiveM infrastructure. The goal was not more scripts, but a world that behaves and remembers.
On 9 August 2026, the new Oasis entered global closed beta with Rotto Kernel built from scratch and its AI systems already active.

A matter of principle
Oasis never chose artificial player counts for server-list visibility. It protected an organic community; when the market placed population figures ahead of experience, Oasis stepped away from the race—not from its principles.

Players once carried what happened in the city. Now the city can carry them, too.
